From the Los Angeles Airport:
Exit the airport and follow signs to Sepulveda. Take the 105 East to the 405 South. Exit Brookhurst and turn right. Turn left on PCH then Right on Balboa. Turn right on 41st street then left on Seashore Drive. The house is on the right side, # 3909.
